Sandwiched between the popular beach resorts of the Pembroke
peninsular and the historic area around St David's, the Marloes
peninsular is often bypassed by tourists. This leaves it free
for you to enjoy superb scenery without fighting your way
through crowds. Your enjoyment of wonderful views and touches
of history will be enhanced by the chance to see one of Britain's
rarer birds - the Chough

Safety and Difficulty
Nowhere is this a particularly difficult
walk, but walkers may choose to take it steadily over 4 days
or step out for the 3 day version. The overall distance is
33 1/2 miles made up of -
Broad Haven - Dale - 10 miles
Dale circular walk - 7 miles
Dale to Marloes - 7 1/2 miles
Marloes to Broad Haven - 9 miles

Road Directions
From Haverfordwest, take the B4341 road
into Broad Haven, which is well signposted.

Car Parking
To take the circular walk you need either to
arrive by public transport or to leave your car for several
days. Some hotels or guest houses in Broad Haven will low you
to do this. |
