Road Directions
Head towards Brecon on either the A40 (from
the West) or the A470 (from the North West). Both roads
converge on a roundabout west of Brecon. Follow the bypass
(A40) south of Brecon until the next roundabout (where the
A470 splits off from the A40 again). Take third exit off
roundabout to follow the A4601 towards town centre. Cross
the river bridge and follow the road past houses until it
takes a sweeping lefthand bend with the Drovers Arms pub
on the left. Turn sharp right into Ffwwdgrech Road.
Follow the road under the A40 where it
becomes a narrow country lane. At all junctions keep more-or-less
straight ahead. After about 2 - 2½ miles go over a not-quite
cross-roads (dog-leg) and continue down the lane to a gated
entrance to the Car Park at Nant Cwm Llwch.

Car Parking
Nant Cwm Llwch has a grass camping area/car
park among trees. There is plenty of space but no toilet facilities.
In wet conditions park carefully to avoid being stranded due
to wheel-spin.
The mountain ridge visible from the car park
is Corn Du.
