A pleasant family ramble in delightful Sussex countryside,
this undemanding walk takes in part of the village of Horsted
Keynes and frequent sightings of the Bluebell Railway itself.

Safety and Difficulty
This is a family walk of just over 3 miles and
presents little difficulty for people of normal fitness. Take
care when crossing roads of the railway line. |

Road Directions
Treemans (OS ref: 380267) is located about ¾ mile
south of Horsted Keynes, on the right hand side of Treemans
Road (also known as Lewes Road), which leads out of Sugar
Lane in Horsted Keynes village. (Note that you first pass
Tremains Farm (different spelling!) on the right before
reaching the entrance to Treemans, which is also signed
Tremains Riding Stables.)
